Newsletter subscription clause

In compliance with current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data you have provided through the registration carried out on our website will be processed by CLINICA DE SAN PIO, S.L.U. for the purpose of sending you our newsletter/news/training bulletin/etc.

 The personal data provided will be kept as long as its deletion is not requested by the data subject or for the period established by the applicable regulations on the matter.

 The legal basis for data processing is based on the consent of the data subject for the processing of their data in order to send them newsletters/news/training bulletins/etc. No data will be transferred except under legal obligation.

 The data subject may exercise the rights of access to their personal data, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, objection, portability, the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, as well as the withdrawal of the consent provided. To do so, you may send a written request to  Calle Minero N°2, 1ra.Planta – 04001 Almería (ALMERIA) or you can also send an email to the Data Protection Officer at the address consulta@clinicadesanpio.es, attaching a document that proves your identity. Furthermore, the data subject may contact the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority to obtain additional information or file a complaint.
