Chin Reshaping

The projection of the chin can mean a great deal for the proportions of a harmonious face. Would you like to have a more defined profile where your face looks slimmer?

Then it may be that increasing the chin projection is what you need. When we plan chin filler treatment, we always assess the whole face, and in this case especially the lower 1/3, to make the face look more balanced.

Chin filler is part of the lower third of the face treatment and helps accentuate the jawline. Fillers in the chin area can give a more feminine look by creating a V shape in the face, or give a more masculine look to men by widening the chin.

Filler treatment does not require any special preparation. It takes approximately 30 minutes and the result can be seen immediately. After treatment, the chin area may be slightly sore and swollen for 1–2 days. But nothing prevents you from continuing with your day-to-day life.

In the vast majority of cases, we use Teoxial fillers:

• Ultradeep, 1.2 ml to place it above the bone. Static filler, less elastic, and long-lasting.
• RHA 4, 1.2 ml to place it in the muscle or on top of it. Dynamic filler, more elastic, and long-lasting.

We will choose the type of filler that best suits each situation, as they have different characteristics.
